how hard would that be to fit in to my 1.2 8v?
whats a decked block?
would it be a good engine for a daily road car?

Decked block is where insted of taking a layer off the cylinder head, they take some off the bottom end too. Could be for performance reasons or due to head gasket failing and warping the block.
Looks a good spec engine. I looked into doing roughly the same conversion in my Corsa and all mounts etc are the same. Sure these a few posts on here... Do a search

Need a low pressure fuel pump for the carbs too.
Mounts are same as corsa 8v ones.
