Asking for a friend. Basically boot lock wont open so prob needs a new boot lock but for now is there anyway you can remove panel from boot and lock the boot from inside.

yeah just pull out the clips and it falls off
edit:no way i knw of locking boot from oinside

Prob never made myself clear. I know how to remove the panel. I just wanted to know if there is a way i can lock the boot from inside.

if you remove the rod from the button to the catch then theres no way of opening it from the outside if thats what you mean

mines broke too, but my problem is i lock it and i can still open it and it dosnt pop back out automaticly like when unlocked it pops back out but when locked it opens and stays in? tried grease, goin for a bonnet button release next
