Any way of getting rid of them?
Turned on all security to high levels aswell as putting on pop up blockers and firewalls although they still don't seem to stop.
Any other solutions? The laptop in question is only 1 month old

Go to Control Panel, add remove programs and it should be in there, its normally installed with messenger.
Failing that, try some antispyware programs.

I dont think it's that kind of CID bubble, it's a pop up window for this company: http://cidhelp.com/
And it can be removed via the control panel.
