I have XE but the people removed it butchered the pipes

Is there anyway i can get round buying both then ancillary and coolant kits from chris astley, cos it an extra 200 quid i can do without!

u can use standard 1.2 or 1.4 hoses i have on mine and there all fine

If your going from an 8v to a 16v there are more colent hoses

Most will fit but some will need modded and an extra hose for the 16v header tank

you dont technically need to use a 16v header tank, you can block the end of the hose that;s goes to the second outlet on the tank

hence being able to use all the 1.2/1.4 hoses

Yeah, I had a 16v headertank but as I had lovely braided lines from my old XE Nova I blanked one off and the other had a t piece in it to feed back into the rad!

i didn't even t-piece my old nova...

just stuck a bolt in the water pipe on the back on the inlet, to block it off,
