does anyone have any recommendations for a wireless porjector just for presentation use etc.
Would also need a ceiling bracket etc too.

If you want to ceiling mount it then you choice is further limited to units which will operate upside down.

Yes, ceiling mount is a must.
If not wireless, do you know for a good recommendation yourself ian?
