probably gunna get slated for starting this thread but here goes.
(1) Is there any places that offer turbo conversions? Regal do but seems shite and courtenay dont do it anymore.
(2) How much would it roughly cost?
Cheers all and be nice

I looked in to this a couple of years ago.
Costs about 3K for parts. Parts are available. The only way I'd do it is by building it myself, to save on labour costs.
You'd need: -
Manifold
Turbo
Intercooler
Hoses
ECU
Mapping
Low compression pistons
Probably rods
Rod bolts
Mantzel style inlet manifold
Theres a few more bits too.....
It's an expensive thing to do. And unless done right a lot of people say unreliable. Power wise you'd be looking at 150ish.
Redtop is cheaper to do.

1. AFAIK the only people who offer it publically are Regal?
2. How long is a piece of string? many companies or single bodys will quote different prices depending on their method, resources, quality of parts and margin sizes.

Don't see why you would be slated.... It's an expensive thing to do, but if you want it go for it!
You don't need to pay somone to do the conversion for you really. You just need to get hold of the parts, these would be something like:
Low compression pistons
Steel rods
ARP fastenings
Oil spray jets
Turbo manifold
Turbo
Mantzel inlet
Higher flow injectors
Standalon ECU + Loom
Intercooler
Pipework

Power 150ish?
Even 200bhp would be a disappointment IMO!

Low comp pistons
Mantzel Inlet
MBE management
T25 turbo/manifold
I "think" the rods/cams are std.

to be honest I dont have the experience to fit it myself. I can do simple thing like manifolds, suspension etc so would need labour aswell.
