my bro is on a real tight budget, but wants to play some games. not looking at the latest games or to run high spec but does this sound alright to you...

case- 9950 black 450w atx,

mem- 2 gig ddr2 667mhz 5300 memory

(he will be using his current hdd and monitor)

sports games mainly. sensible soccer and top spin etc!
not the latest but then im sure there will be stuff in the future he wants to play
