Bought a wireless router but don't seem to be able to get the internet working

PS3 is picking it up and i think its installed correctly Any help please

What type of internet connection do you have?
Is it router/Modem or just a router?
What is connected to it?

Its virgin media. I don't know what it is. But its got an ethernet cable going into it and then that leads to the pc

im in the same boat here tom, I was trying to set up a wireless router for my girlfriends mum, however she had bought an ADSL wireless router and for cable you need a DSL/Cable router

Have you definately got the right one?
