On corsa b is there a sensor that is used to turn the reverse lights on when you select the reverse gear. as my lights arent workin and the bulbs and fuses are fine.

havent checked since after engine change so dont know if that has anything to do with it, maybe a sensor unplugged?

Yes theres a sensor on the gearbox

o maybe i forgot to connect that back up, i do have one plug in my engine bay that is just floating around, maybe that is it.

do you know where it plugs into exactly on the gear box?

At the front near the clutch fork iirc

Two pin plug, unplug it and bridge the pins if it is plugged in. If they lights come on, reverse light switch needed

just wasnt plugged in, have been wondering why i had a sensor just floating around not plugged in, must of forgot about that one
