hi cud sum one tell me if it wood be ok to take the helper spring off my front coilovers or would it be a bad idea any help thanks

will be fine. they are compressed 99% of the time whilst driving anyway. Just ensure that you pre-load the spring slightly before refitting them

whats pre-load u meen tighten it up a bit ? sorry if a sound daft am new to coilovers
