its really simple to make a loom up (assuming you have the door looms)

power lead from the battery with a 30amp fuse in it going to the red wire leading to the motor.
power lead from an ignition live (fag lighter) going to the black wire on the switch.
brown wire near the plug into the car attached to an earthing point (i used one of the screws holding the speaker in)

repeat for the other side (this is a really basic set up and wont let you operate the passengers side from the drivers side - i never got around to wiring up the passengers side to the drivers)

hope this makes sense

Well i managed to get my drivers mirror moving but not my passenger but this was already in the right place.

Wiring is pretty simple. Red live, Brown earth, Black switched live, black/red is power for the switches and whatever the speaker wires are.

If you need any help let me know but like i said it pretty straight forward. Took me a day to get them wired up

theres 4 wires from passenger window switch iirc (was along time ago)that you need 2 use(i wasnt fussed about leccy mirors so i just gt read of wiring for them) , 2 of them are for passenger leccy switch, other 2 just run across to drivers side switches, and connect up to switch there to allow operation of passngers window from drivers side

your going to need to have a few wiring skills to work them out, great when its all working tho

hhmmm i might get the elec windows etc and get a local guy to wire it up for me

actually if its just a case of running a live and an earth i might give it a bash, surely to control the passenger side i would only need to run the live and earth across the car ?

Seriously its a peice of piss.

Forgot out theres 2 wires that go from drivers to the passenger side to operate the window. Cant remember the colour but on the passenger side they are the same colour as the drivers but have a dot on the wire to show that they connect up.

If anyone wants to u2u me for any help i dont mind

Good lad. Like i said, if you get stuck or want a second opinion just u2u me. Try and get the wiring from a corsa with electric windows etc as it makes it easier to join wires up.

I just connected the live to a spare place on the fuse box then made my own earth point. Switched live was off the stereo and that was the only ones needing connecting externally to the windows. Rest mainly just join up

Nah a switched live is when you turn the keys on and all the dash lights come on, normally called acc position. It's just so that when you turn it to that position it turns the switches on for the windows. Otherwise they'd be lit up all the time
