Ok maybe looking into property soonish  Will be my first,
now i know NOTHING about any of this mortgage stuff ect, Whos the best and what should i look out for 
Iv found a house localish small 1 bedroom flat going for offers in excess of £45,500,
Needs some work like heating system as its all electric apart from cooker ect but really dont mind that as i know people in the heating department 
Any help would be really good
