Hi,

Im just in the process of keying the gloss paint on my steiny replicas. Seeing as the paint on them is gloss black, once its "keyed" would it be a dull matt black?

This is the first time iv ever had to prep something for painting, so any help would be gratefull

Yes it will be dul like matt black as your taking the shine off them

O i am, done half of one and got all the orange peel effect off
