It's a bit quite this weekend in the Premiership due to the FA Cup sixth round:

Saturday 8th March 2008
Blackburn v Fulham 3pm
Liverpool v Newcastle 3pm
Reading v Man City 3pm

FA Cup 6th Round
Barnsley v Chelsea 5.30pm
Man Utd v Portsmouth 12.45


Sunday 9th March 2008
Sunderland v Everton 3pm
Tottenham v West Ham 3pm
Wigan v Arsenal 4pm

FA Cup 6th Round
Bristol Rovers v West Brom 6pm
Middlesbrough v Cardiff 2pm


Obviously THE big match on eveyone's lips is Barnsley vs Chelsea
Petr Cech is out due to an ankle injury. Barnsley have about three players out with knee injuries and IIRC Nytanga and Macken are cup-tied (?) so obviously won't be playing. I'm feeling an accumulator coming on perhaps... or maybe I should save my money for the Cheltenham Festival next week

Barnsley have all their best players out. Big Heinz Muller out, Anderson De Silva the CM who is their best outfield player (both out long term) Macken the only decent striker, and Nyatanga out cup tied. I really can't see the tremedous amount of luck lasting another 90 mins.

I'd go for a win to us, mainly because Newcaslte are shite and not because we'll have a strong side out!

Hopefully be a good game against west brom on sunday. I think we've got a good chance as the pitch wont let them get the ball down and play. Plus the weather is going to be shit

Hmm...
I'm undecided about my accumulator. The only team I can ultimately decide on tbh is Chelsea. I think I will save my money for when I go to Cheltenham next week with my tips I've been given
