Adam, half the stuff you are doing doesnt even need done!!!! New bolts etc etc etc etc

Get the basics done, and get it working and used. THEN start replacing etc.

Use it!

I am trying to justify the same at the moment, it's fine, if you're gonna enjoy it it's worth every penny in the long run

Thinking of the little things we are just doing now... just to meet regs

Battery £90, box £30, seat £350, new harnesses

then you get to things like tyres and brake pads

I just got from DT... they seem to give me decent prices and free delivery now

battery: yes.... its only not good at being left uncharged. Leave the earth off when not using the car or trickle charge/de-charge it.

red top 15 and box for 30 sidemount is what I have.....

Maybe cheaper on ebay, but do you 100% trust them.... for a few quid i'd rather have my stuff next day etc.

Havent had any issues on the skyline yet, and its been used daily since the bat was fitted. A corsa will use a lot less juice too. It'll be fine as long as your engine does not require lots of cranking to start

ps.... they dont do boxes for 15's so thats why i've adapted the 30.

Cage is also too big for it, and box is a better solution in my opinion.

I must be working with a smaller buget then. i bought mine off ebay from a reputable company, it arrived next day.

once the car is running you wont have an issue really especially on a standard alternator.

its cranking that will suffer and cold cranking
