pretty poor interior for an 11k car.

same principle as an intercooler, it's effectively an intercool in a box, but cooled by water not air

intercooler is cooled by air going past it
chargecooler is cooled by water running through it

got alot fo moneys worth of stuff on there .. not worth 11k but i bet some1 would pay 7k + for it . bet its had alot more than 11k thrown at it too

works better than an intercooler apparently...
but they are not very cheap either, hence why people go down the intercooler route

i bet the engine/gearbox alone is will fetch 5k+
suspension a good 1k+
then all the other bits, brakes etc the fact its a clean shell .. i wouldnt pay 11k for it no but its worth more than what some people think it is
