Im with Argos home ins, as in Argos up the high street, catalogue shop...underwritten by someone else of course  There ok & cheap, abot £110 all in, they settled a claim without much hassle aswell.
Renewals in may, I got a quote of £70odd quid for 12 months buildings & contents, from Direct line, which is silly cheap though possibly because I also insure my car through them?
