whats the best way to get out a phone C O N T R A C T?
i have a Sony Ericsson k850i phone on a 18 month C O N T R A C T
im with t-moblie and to buy of the C O N T R A C T is £384.65
is there any other way i get out of it?
please advise

I just go into the address book and press delete

Sorry Blade to answer you question, I don't think you can do much accept to lower your tariff after (6? months) and see it out. It's either that or buy out I think.

Best way forward is to post up your situation on moneysavingexpert forums as they offer quite good advice.
However, why buy into an 18 month contract and then want out after so little time? That's just daft
