I had my MOT and it failed on a few things including emmisions, I have done all the other fails and fitted a new lambda sensor and took it too the guy and he checked everything. It passed on everything apart from emmisions.
I fitted new spark plugs and put some additive in the fuel and it failed again.
Its going in to a dianostics expert on wednesday so should be done then.
I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with theirs.

on later vauxhalls it is required to get the car to normal operating temperature, 90 degrees or there about, then give it three sharp bursts of the throttle, i,e from idle all the way to redline 3 times,

do u have a big air filter on it?
mine just scraped through after having lambda sensor fitted

na standard airbox, Well I just changed the CTS aswell so hopefully thats it. Its just bloody anoying

mine failed on emissions last year. the mechanic took it for a quick spin to get it up to temperature and it passed on the second time. hopefully it'll get through it again on monday
