I have a knocking from my front end on a Corsa Sport, just about noticeable when driving straight, but terrible when turning left. I can't feel it at all when turning right.
It doesn't matter how much I turn, literally just a couple of degrees right up to full lock.
I have had it up in the air and can't find anything loose at all, and took it to a local garage who said he could feel it but also couldn't find anything loose, so said if I wanted he would change the driveshafts but couldn't guarantee that would solve the problem (at £230 a shaft!!)
I can't feel any play in any bushes or the wheel bearings, and all the CV's seem fine, and still sealed.
Any ideas?
