or has a routine of exercise?

I've recently started working out, but according to a few mates i'm possibly overdoing it. Its not a very strict routine. I manage to fit in some tv and job searching in between.

My basic work out is:
Cycle 10 miles on my exercise bike.
Do about 100 sit-ups (sets of 20 about 5 times a day)
As many reps as I can push out on my peck deck and bench presser on the multi gym with a 35kg weight.
10 sets of 20reps with my dumb bells with a 10kg weight.

and I do this about 5 days a week.

Anyone got any advice, or tips? Or does anyone know any good sites for a proper exercise routine?

Ahhh...if only Match Day was renamed to something like Sports Day...then no one would be confused as to where these posts go.

Oh wait.

Depends on whayt your training for. Just for fitness? It doesn't look like much of a full body work out.

Its just to get me slightly fit again. and to work out my upper body. The sit ups are to try and get rid of a beer belly.

I do.
sets of 20 bench press on 55kg
15 pull downs 55kg
30 pull downs with arms in the middle 55kg.
50 cruches.

5 times a day.

But mulit gyms take alot of the strain off, 55kg with a mulit gym and 55kg with a bar and dead weight is alot different..
30 press ups.

I get bored just exercising for the sake of it so I go climbing at least once a week, cycle every day... do some sit ups etc too but I just find it really tedious tbh...
