lots of other cars are mentioned on here also, golf mk4s being one.

however you lot get pissed off because everything vauxhall corsa produced in that era was crap compared to the 106

not really, i have a corsa because i prefer them. There are thousand's of better car's than a corsa, but alot of us have a resion to own them IE first car's, project or conversion etc

well said stavs, at the end of the day, most of us know what a 106 gti can do, just like we know what a f*cking mclaren f1 can do, but this is meant to be a forum for people who are into corsas, from 1 litres to LETs.

if i wanted to constantly be told how great 106 gtis were, then i'd sign up to a forum without 'corsa' in the name wouldn't i?

Where was the 106 GTI in 1992 when the Corsa GSI was launched?
All pug could come up with was a shitty 1.4 XSi 106 which ticked like a skeleton having a wank in a buiscut tin?

TBH i dont mind 106 GTI's but i wish people will just get fucked about the whole "ERA" thing.
