Why don't they watch games and then act on things, if they want to eradicate cheats, diving, bad tackles it is simple.
Screw that the ref gave Cole a yellow, over ride it and turn it into a red like it should have been. Same with diving (although it would have to be a clear dive) even if the player won a penalty with that dive and they scored, the player could still be suspended, it would definatly lower the cheat levels.

The FA wont do it as they'll be undermining the ref, and when they start doing that you may aswell do without refs in games and let the FA sort out what the result is at the end.

not really, if players are put off from unsportman like antics it would make the refs job easier in the long run.
I can't see it happening, i just think it is daft how they dont at least consider it. Especailly this shit that if the ref gave a punishement out it can't change no matter how wrong it may have been.

i think maybe things like turning yellow cards into red and other way round then that would work but not for alot of other things
for all the other things they need to bring in the video ref, it certainly helps in rugby and it gives it abit more excitment too
