Keeps on getting lower. Every other week i need to adjust it so i can reverse without crunching the gears. I'm now running out of thread

I thought that when your clutch is on its way out it gets higher not lower

Ideas???

Yep, no damage to it at all.

All i do to fix it is half a turn clockwise of the stop thing and everything is ok for a week or two.

Checked the arm the cable attaches to Steve? Mine started snapping on mine and it led to hardly been able to get it into gear at all. Had to keep adjusting the cable every 20minutes

Not seen that nut on the Selector. There isn't anything to stop the cable spinning but i do make sure that the cable isn't spinning when i adjust it.

Try a new cable first.
