so ye one of my mates is always telling me that a sri is way faster than my sport and are better cars all round? and i thought the 16v would be better cos its a newer engine is this ture

Early SRi's are 8v which are 82bhp.
My M reg 16v SRi is about 88-90bhp.
I've sat with a S plate Sport all the way down a bypass.

Forgot the sri's came in the 16v aswell.
So its either slightly slower or the same lol Tell him to fuck off

all depends on the driver imo
you could get a driver in a sport thats shit at changing gears etc......
