I wouldn't bother, you will struggle to get them refurbed as they aren't a well known brand.
I think you can buy coilovers like that on eBay for about £200-300 brand new anyway, if you desperately want coilies.
tbh, I think that one with play in the shaft is dead, so you'd need a full new one anyway, it would be cheaper than refurbing it.
