Are you using internet explorer with tabs?
Use the x on the tab you want to close.

Hate it when vista does that! Used to do it with MSN messenger.
Try installing the latest version of Internet Explorer or removing omnipage

If that fails, use Firefox as your browser to if the error occurs, Firefox will open the same web pages once started up again

If you click back on firefox, it doesn't scroll back to where you were, hate that! Undoubtedly there's a setting to change that, but i like things good out of the box. IE has never done me wrong.

Why what? the switch to firefox.
I find it faster and more reliable than IE7 thats all. I used to have to reset the settings on IE7 everytime i wanted to view some websites as it just refused to go there

If you've never had a problem then fine, yeah the tabs are excellent.
