just got ma car RRd at Regal,
99.8 bhp / 5995 rpm peak
99.5 / 4168 rpm peak
the cars a x14xe, 88 bhp standard
only mods i got are de-cat, backbox and a cone filter
which seem to have added 12 bhp
all in all very pleased

cheers mate, plus the exhaust is blowing a bit...
still got a 4-2-1 manifold and new inlet manifold to put on then im guna P/P the head and finally a re-map

Very similar mods on a 12v added 0bhp, but 3lbs/ft torque

sorry mate didnt see this at first lol
not sure about the backbox and de-cat pipe cause the guy i bought it from didnt actually know... bit weird i know but o well, they both cost £100 together and theyre pretty good quality.
im looking to get either a viper or a bmc but not sure it would help

The inlet manifold will get you good results, ive one in the house waiting to be fitted. Going to get it RR'd before and after hopefully and i guess ill get about 10bhp out of it
