Who owns my old car? Aparently it's been seen in conwy but I thought it would have been crushed or auctioned off or summat

Saw him last night... He hammered it over a speed bump or something, he's now got a massive hole in the manifold lol.

I saw him last night too he said he's just going to weld the hole up. Oh he also said it was just a cat C and that he's gonna put it back on the road this week

But surely because its written off in your name and the last name on the logbook is yours.. If hes caught burning around in it, your name will pop up?

When i wrote mine off (Cat C) i bought it back and sold it my mate and mate him sign a peice of paper saying that he wasnt going to put it back on the road.

DVLA know i sold it for scrap value.

Also have a signed letter of him saying he wouldnt drive it around, and he'd only take the engine out.

Plus i robbed the tax disc off it
