Car was running crap, flashed up fault code 1405 - EGR, removed EGR and eventually found that it was sticking (only sometimes tho), fitted new EGR and it runs fine but idles at about 3k !!
When driving no ECU light comes on, but if left to idle (at 3k) then the ECU light comes on.
Flashed up the fault codes again and got these ...

1405 - EGR
0230 - Fuel pump
0505 - ?
0105 - Intake manifold pressure sensor

Its had a new EGR so dunno why its still flashing that up, Fuel pump ?? car runs so assume its working ?!?!, not sure what 3rd code is ??, Intake manifold pressure sensor - where would that be located ??

If anyone could help me shed a bit more light on this then id appriciate it ... its really starting to p*ss me off !!

Intake manifold sensor is the map sensor.
Maybe leaking air(hence the high idle)
