There is a modifed car in our car park which hasn't been taxed for 3 months and the front plate stuck in the fornt windscreen, basically out of view. And is driven everyday.

Question is should i report it on the DVLA website for them to investigate as i feel agrieved i have to pay extortionate tax on mine and he doesn't even bother

what is the legality's of front number plates?

As the ek9 i might buy has a FMI on it so the plate blocks it. can you have them in your windscreen?

Is it decent? You can put a claim into the DVLA and have it put into your name.

me to mate, i completly disagree with it being illegal, but why grass him up, you wont go to court etc, how can you get so pissed because he saves a tax bill every year compared to you, and untaxed cars are on computer, you get a letter through your door then a 1000 pund fine, noone has to find it,, i got a 80 pounds fine for sorning my bike late even though its been scrapped its now registerd as scrapped

The fine is less than the cost of the tax so you can't blame the person for not bothering IMO.
