Are they really bad for u and only lead to having a little muscle bump lol

Im only doing a 15-25 a day at home as well as the gym!

There is a right and wrong way to do sit ups.

Laying out flat and pulling yourself up strains your back.

You are only supposed to go as far back as to feel it pulling on your stomach. If you sit on a bench with the back completley lowered down you want to go back until your body is level then pull yourself back up.

You can do the same at home by being on the floor with your legs on a chair for example and lifting yourself up. Look silly but has the same effect and you aren't straining.
