dont think mine are working what temperature do they usualy kick in at on corsa's
mines a 1.4 16v x14xe engine

i got the same problem mate, i bin told its gonna be the fan switch at the bottom of the rad on drivers side. One way to test is to bridge the connections on the switch with a wire an see if the fan kicks in, or alternativley run 2 wires off the battery an test that way. I have power goin to the fan (Checked with Mulitmeter) but like yours it jus doesnt kick in. I havent had time to check fan switch either so if you do let me know the outcome!

The stat and fan switch are 2 different things.

lol cheers fellas mine aint even gettin to 100 at about 95-98 all teh coolant splashes out the expansion tank! :s is this because the lid aint on or is tehre somekind of fault with the cooling system?? as im getting a new expansion tank at the weekend because one of the plastic pipes coming off the tank has snapped

That will be the problem then, with the pipe snapped off the coolant system cant pressurise and thats why your water is boiling, should be ok once you get it fixed. Like someone pointed out I think it should come on just over 100 degrees
