You can buy new ones from Vauxhall, I did. Best bet is try get the part number off someone with the Vauxhall parts catalogue.

Give them your registration, they should be able to tell you exactly what you need. In theory.
The ones you've described sound like they're off a pre-97 and the odd post-97.
One with clips would be for something like an Astra I'd imagine.

But if you gave them your reg and your car is pre 97 then they did give you the 'right' ones.

i was getting gsi skirts sprayed and fitted. but needed jacking covers
me: can i have a set of jacking covers for a corsa gsi
vx: whats your registration
me: w944 ucw
vx: they didnt make a 2000 gsi
me: i know im adding skirts to mine
vx: dont think you can do that
me: yeah you can
vx: do you know what year the skirts came off?
me: no but gsi's were 93-95
vx: so its the late gsi? the early ones were different.
me: ok
vx: need to make sure you dont get them from the year 1982
