I spent ages a few months ago putting a playlist together of around 200 songs all in an specific order. However I accidentally clicked the top of the album box and it rearranged them all, and it sync'd with my Ipod; is there anyway I can get the order of songs back?

The left column? with the ^ or v in it?

Puts it in 123 etc order

Didn't realise you could do that all the numbering had changed but it put it back in order when I clicked it.
