you sure your linkage hasnt come loose or something, i had no 2nd or 4th and all it was was the linkage out of place

already reset linkage
using standard corsa linkage at the mo
every gear perfect , 2nd works when holding gearstick in place and on throttle, 4th us to be the same but now not at all
thought bout quickshift as it shortens the movement at side where it could catch on steering collumn

mine does this is 4tgh still chucks it out of gear unless you hold it, like warren says, syncro is out

I recon you just need to modify your linkage a bit. Here's a couple of pics
Thats standard
thats modified, now it won't hit the steering rack so you'll have more travel on the gearstick so you can reach 2nd + 4th
