Thats the number of season ticket holders we'll have for next season down at Huddersfield, a new club record
Thats nearly double the amount we had last year, and 5,500 more than we had when we playing in Division 1 (now championship)
Just goes to show if you make football more affordable, people will come watch

Oh aye granted not every single person will turn up everyweek, but even if a good 75% do, then it will still be a good crowd for a 3rd division team from a relativly small Town. Plus, if we do well then these people who only bought them for the "big games" might start coming every week.
Robbo - Bradford sold season tickets last year for £150, and automatically included these numbers into the attendance, so thats why it looked as if they were getting 13,000 a week, when in reality the crowd was only about 7,000.

No doubt
Ive heard it commented on twice when watching you guys on TV. Commentator says the figure and then mentions how they must of included the STH numbers as nowhere near that many in there

No sure yet to be honest mate, heard a lot of good things from a lot people about his time at Burnley, and his record is quite good with regards to getting promotion. Seems a "blood & guts" type of manager which will go down with fans at Hudders.
We've let a lot of players go this summer so I guess it depends on who he brings in, we've got a new chairman on board an all so got some cash to spend so hopefully he will spend it wisley.
Really looking forward to the new season, think it might be a special one

How did Frank Sinclair do for you? He was awesome at Burnley for his first 2 seasons, legs went a bit in the final year.

He did OK for the first few months, then he got a bit cocky, think he thought he was the big fish in the small pond so to speak. Got sent off a few times and never really got playing well again after that.
We released him at the end of this season as was becoming a bit of a liabillity.

Cheap season tickets went back on sale for another week this week & we've now sold a total of 16,123
That means all but 769 available season tickets have sold

Last few years we have sold approx 7,500, so it really is a big jump.
I dont think for a minute everyone will turn up everyweek, as people from all over the country have been buying them as it works out cheaper than buyin 5 match-day tickets, but hopefully the more local sales will turn up, and if start well, keep coming

It such a great idea, especially if you have a good season as you will recruit a good few new supporters. The team should benefit for the better match atmosphere too.

Just been looking at some other clubs season ticket prices, and here are Leeds' for next season (used them as they in't same league, & in Yorkshire so same area of the country)
Kop-470......£20.40 per game
East-440......£19.13 per game
West-650 no concessions....£28.26 per game
East Central-650 no concessions....£28.26 per game
Easy to see why ours have sold so well

Just seen this Jonny -
More than 54% of the Club's supporters are new, with numbers operating at 213% on last year.
