Well off work today, so I decided to get some bacon on the go...
What you'll need:
- Bacon (2 packs)
- Butter (Optional)
- Bread
- Knife
- Ketchup (or equivalent).
First off is to get the bacon from the fridge:
Then you could either struggle opening the bastard packet OR use a knife (Make sure you're supervised by an adult)
Next step is to warm the pan up (When frying)
I've chosen to add some butter, so the bacon doesn't dry up or stick to the pan.
You should wait roughly 10-15 seconds once the gas is on, and you should come up with something like this:
Now the fun part, Adding the bacon. I'm not a very big fan of bacon fat. If you cut it off before putting it in the pan, not only is it easier, but you can make your sandwich much more easier to eat.
Add the bacon to the pan:
When this is cooking, I find that it's the ideal point to get the bread & ketchup out:
Like so:
If you're feeling adventurous, you can add another packet to the pan:
But again, I cut the fat off:
Add the bacon to the pan (Not forgetting which side has already nearly cooked:
Time to add the bacon!
I smeared roughly 5ml of ketchup on my bread, also spreaded it with a knife.
Added some more bacon:
Then it's time to cut the sandwich. This step is easier if you've got a long corrugated knife.
Before sitting down and enjoying the bacon sandwich, it is advisable that you put some water in the pan, this makes it easier to clean afrerwards:
That's it. Your creation is done:
Thumbs up
Thanks for reading.

Good stuff
If using oil instead of butter, DO NOT put water in the pan, it will blow up, as i have found out once

Its good to use a bit of both, butter for flavour, oil to stop butter burning , sound like Gordon Ramsay

Ed's top tip: If you leave the fat on then you will have no sticking problems.
Saying that, it is a bit slimey and you were using a non-stick pan.
