How the fook can I put some weight on?

8/9 years ago I weighed 10 1/2 Stone, got a nasty case of Glandular Fever which hit me for six and I went down to 9 stone within a couple of weeks. Since then I have never weighed more than 9st 7lb(i'm 5ft 9'' btw). How can I put weight on?

Best foods to eat etc. I do have a fairly small appetite and find it very hard to eat beyond the point where I feel full. I have a fairly active life and a busy job also. Only thing I don't eat is red meat as I hate the stuff, but I have either chicken or fish for tea(Dinner to the southern softies) everyday.

Any help greatly appreciated, at this point I would just be happy to get over 10st tbh.

Look at somewhere like bodybuilers.com

Key is to eat alot of food (mainly protein) and do weights.

Have a good read around should be what your looking for.

Just to add, I've had a Hernia Operation in the last month so weights are out for about 6 months. Just need tips on piling on pounds really.

If it's purely a belly you want just drink a lot of lager, works for me.

If you cant' do weights then forget about it at the moment, as all you do is add fat, if you dont mind adding fat (at 5'9 and 9 stone i'm guessing your like a rake) then its simple, take in more calories than you use up a day.
If you want to do a 'dirty bulk' then just eat shit food all the time etc, but if its clean bulking then wait till you can do weights.

STart taking protein shakes in between meals, add more protein to your diet
