my eml light has just come on it wont rev past 4000 rpm its only started doing it since ive put the cat on any ideas?

Maybe you dislodged the lambda sensor plug??

Check that first.

Other than that, get the codes up here...

just done the paperclip test and come up with code 12 19 24 43 didnt have the engine turned on any help

Well one of those codes is EGR system. So your EGR valve might be knackered...at the very least check the wiring to it.
