just wondering if any 1 knows if and how to fit a dump valve onto a 1.5TD corsa and if so what mod's and what type of dump valve would be needed i.e closed or open system???
any help would be appreciated,
ino it seems silly but am doing it for a laugh!!

fitting one is quite hard on a diesel engine i think.
you'll just look gay anyway, turn the boost up instead.

lol ino but i am up'ing the boost and my mate has a dump valve spare so if it wld work it wnt cost me anything and i just want it for the comic value

Diesels have no throttle valve flap, so no vacuum source to open the dump valve.
Would have to be some electronic jobbie/ hooked up to the alternator or something(the alt provides vacuum for the brake servo if i remember rightly)
