I'm thinking of changing my rear drums on my corsa b to disc, but i was wondering how hard would it be to do? i really want to do it without having to change the axle over.

not very hard 
but the only advantage i see is they look better and are easier to work on. I hate drums, too many springs to lose 
Unless you buy an aftermarket adjustable brake bias its difficult to set up a rear disc conversion properly and they can be skittish.

what would i need to have a fully running set-up? and what car's do i need the parts from

hi mate you need a m-tec rear disc conversion kit (im sure theres others outhere) rear hubs i used cavalier 2.0 16v rear hubs, 2.0 litre brakes with carriers, pads disc 2.0 litre, and a kadett gsi 16v hand brake cable and a good welder  oh forgot to say you dont have to run a bias valve
