I know its a very odd subject to photoshop, but its for a client who needed an 'artists impression' style picture to show to one of thier clients to win a job.
This is the first time i've done anything like this, and i'm quite happy with the results.
The original photo i was given.
My artists impression.
ETA: The final image has been scaled down from about 2400px and looks better at full size.

It was through a guy on pistonheads.
I started off by doing him a favour, then he needed more work so he paid me, then he needed more work and paid me even more
Edit: And yeah, it is a bit random. Its been a good learning curve though. I like to be given a brief and then trying to achieve it, instead of just playing about and seeing what i can come up with.
I also had to design him a logo and some headed paper with a watermark.

pre-artists picture is better imo, although i don't like the logo/headed paper looks like a publisher template.
Very good photo manipulation though
