Im changing my wheels atm, putting some team dynamics onto my corsa, off my old corsa

On my old corsa, it didnt have the hubs? on so the td's fitted fine

But the new corsa, has hubs, so the wheels dont fit too well

I reallly need to know, taking the hubs off the new corsa and putting them on the old pne is fine right?

the cap that covers the big castle nut. if thats protruding too much the wheel may not go back enough.

you can take it off but make sure you grease the thread on the drivveshaft

it may even be the black ring on the hub its self.
thats a spigiot ring. stops the wheel vibrating loose basically.
if its that thats stopping the wheel going on, take it off and see if the can rock the wheel up and down. if not remove it if its that, thats causing the problem.

Its just a friction fit, shouldn't take much to prize it off.

Its a dust cover, lever it from both sides (two screw drivers) and it will come off, if you hit it from one side or lever it from one side it will distort and will be tighter.

Do you need the spiggot rings? One of them snapped on the passenger side front?

Shuttle pin, you want one really to ensure the bolt doesnt turn, they are really cheap also.

That nut applies a small amount of force onto the wheel bearing and drum, so without the bolt may loosen causing the wheel bearing to break.

if the wheel doent fit properly without them then yes you do. it'll vibrateloose if theres play in the centre.
