will 4 stud steelies off a nissan micra fit a corsa?

ive measured them up next to each other and they look exactly the same... there in gloss black so will say me spending a fortune on alloys .... just wondering if the studs are the same

if anyone knows this will save me time takin a wheel off a tryin it!

obv lol ... im not that thick

anyone know how i would go about it? do i need to sand it first and prime it? or could i just spray straight onto the wheels?

fill any kerb marks
sand again
primer
sand a again
paint
sand again
laquer
sand/buff up to a shine

wont take that long tbh so long as your rims dont need much filling repair etc, i did mine in couple of days with allowing to dry
