Ideas on how to stop it? Usually does it when idling and driving slowly.

turn the exhaust clamp upside down and wrap the rear beam in carpet is what I did

Jack the car up, loosen the clamp.

See if turning it slightly gives you more clearance, then push the exhaust up with your foot and tighten.

Exhaust wrap round the areas that rattle on the beam, held on with jubilees?

Or go to your local exhaust place and get them to make a custom bit of pipe to go over the beam (as I did!).
