Was looking on ebay at lens' earlier, there are proper lens' kits at £100-300 or what looks like an adaptor that goes on the end of a standard one at around £40?
Big price difference, which suggests they're a bit crap

It'll just be a bodge - there is something similar for the canon kit lens (which is naff to start with)

I have an ebay tosh on.
It is shit, the camera really doesnt like focusing with it, even on manual
but sometimes you can get half sensible pictures

That could work well if you stood further out and then cut the blurred edges off so you have a complete picture with both cars in focus.
It works in my head but no idea if it works for real!

then you wouldnt get the fish effect, the centre of the picture is normal, its the outsides that curve, and cause the out of focus
