right, running the xbox through the laptop is crap, seeing as the laptop seems to connect and disconect alot even though it says the signal is excellant. wired pc is fine.

downstairs we have an orange live box, we have an phoneline extension lead running into my room upstaires, can i just get another livebox put it upstairs and run the 2? or will the conflict and have issues?

Need either wireless adapter for XBox, a wireless bridge or a second wireless router that can act as a repeater hub.
