Hey, i have the older iphone (not the 3g version) and i noticed the other day that their was some new firmware out called version 2. i installed this and then my phone was locked up again. so i tried to unlock it using ziphone and it does not want to know...
i have tried restoring it but no joy.
any help??

2.0 has been hacked, but i dont know how yet.
you will need to find someway of down grading back to 1.4 before zipphone will work again.

You can restore to 1.1.4 using iTunes.

Restore it to 1.1.4 and then ZiPhone it again.
It's an absolutely bitch to do.

Have a day out in London and visit the Apple store and get my Mac Genius mate to sort it
