By raising the rear edge of the bonnet it creates an area of negative pressure below the bonnet level, that means that the air passing over the bonnet (positive pressure) creates a difference which helps to draw anything below that trailing edge of the bonnet out from the bay. It is very negligable TBH.

you have to make 4 brackets, that lengthen where the holes meet, like a domino out of aluminium. and then bolt it up on the existing hinge + bonnet holes

i wouldnt recommend this at all just think what a lorry does on the motor way it creates a vacuum on the way throught the air lifting the bonnet will drag air in behind it reducing the air passing throught the rad/air intake which in my opinion wont help nowt at all

The lorry thing is non-sensical, where are you taking your readings from on that lorry?

It is actually the exact opposite to what you are refering to, it is a case of manipulating air pressures to your benefit.

If you want to have a basic understanding airflow it is worth reading Mechanics of Flight, I forget who it is by as it was almost a decade ago that I had to use it for my training But I think it is A Kermode or A Kermole? I can find out if needs be? It is bloody heavy reading TBH, especially if you don't get to play with a wind tunnel which helps it all to click into place!

It actually creates a negative pressure above the bonnet and a positive pressure below the bonnet, Remember positive goes to negative. I would also advise against this on a corsa, if the inlet was on the front of the engine great but do you really want all the hot air going past the inlet manifold in order to get out of the engine bay. It creates a hotter area right where the inlet area is.

all u need to do is 2 space out the hinge from the car by using washers. cheap and effective.

wrong. From real testing using intake temps with a 1600 on tb's raising the bonnet decreases under bonnet temps quite drastically as well as reducing inlet temps.

Neither will it reduce airflow through the radiator.

I could have them made up if given dimensions

If it's as simple as the picture above looks it shouldn't be too much of a problem
